The Holland Family

I shot the Holland family’s fall mini session back in early October before it actually cooled off. In Alabama, fall can still feel like summer! I had a baby coming soon, so we chose to get their fall session done earlier than normal. They dressed the part well, but it was HOT. Hannah does the best job choosing outfits for everyone. They all looked beautiful! I love this family, and I’m so thankful they allow me to document their memories and milestones with the kids. <3

I love getting to photograph my friends! Erin and I go waaaay back. We’ve actually been friends since Middle School. We’ve had so many good time together over the years. It’s really hard for me to believe that we are now adults with families of our own. We don't get to see each other often, because…well, you know - life. But when we do, we always pick back up where we left off. That’s what makes a friendship great! I loved getting to catch up with her and see how her babies have changed since our last session. Here are a few favorites!

This family!! Just look at the first image - so much love!! This is my third time working with the Diamond family. They are not just clients, but have become friends to me. Melissa and Christopher are raising some of the sweetest and most well-behaved children. It’s seriously a joy seeing them and being chosen to document their memories. Christopher always makes sure I get at least one picture of him with his bride, which I love. Once we become parents, it’s easy to focus on getting photos of and with our kids, but still so important to remember to take photos with just your spouse! Most of us don’t do this enough!
